Where can I get help for my car payment until I get unemployment?
While there is not yet a nation-wide resource available to assist car owners, residents, or homeowners with car, mortgage or rent payments, we encourage you reach out to your car loan lender, landlord or mortgage company to see what options they are providing individuals impacted by the Covid-19 crisis. Many of these companies are temporarily suspending repossessions, evictions and foreclosures if your employment was impacted by Covid-19. Keep your furlough letter handy as you may need to provide this documentation!
